Mount Shasta has easily become my favorite place. The healing waters and pure energy of everyone I’ve met here has cleansed me from any worries I have about the future.
The mountain holds so much space for me.
I knew I had to come back and explore the feeling she gave me after summiting, but I didn’t know exactly how that would be.
But the universe works in really fucking mysterious ways. A ‘connector’ was placed into my life — The soul purpose of bringing me to the mountain in a more permanent sense. I didn’t realize that until the other day but I am eternally grateful we crossed paths.
Having a permanent sense of belonging to this mountain made me feel so safe whenever I was in town — A local, but a tourist at the same time. Unlike any other job, I wasn’t living on site and couldn’t get wrapped up in everyone else’s chaos. It was just my own chaos.
Everyday on the mountain I got to meet and converse with the most beautiful souls from all over the world and I know our connection will last a lifetime.
Each conversation I have here leads me to a higher purpose and shows me I’m on the right path. We are all just walking eachother back home, helping one another to remember our roots. 🌲
