Hello everyone! My name is Jacquelyn and I hope to create a safe space for conversation, healing, and growth.

The whole point of my presence on social media is to be my most authentic self. When I release the fear of rejection we become free. I chose to express myself freely so others can step into their power as well. Social media doesn’t have to be fake, it is beautiful to be raw, honest, and authentic. I want to share my knowledge and experiences so that we may all collectively grow together.

I’m sharing my story and how I am healing from the past so others don’t go down the same pathway that I did. 5 years ago I lost myself after getting out of an abusive relationship followed by heavy substance abuse. 5 years later I am working towards getting my degree in psychology while learning more about reiki and yoga to become certified. My goal is to combine all 3 of these tools so that I can take a holistic approach to mental health.

“Connection Through Perception” came to me in March of 2023. I had a little over 5 months of sobriety and I was craving purpose— but I didn’t know where to start. I sat down with myself, set an intention, and wrote down words that were meaningful on my journey so far. Connection Through Perception is the bigger picture, and all of my different interests &hobbies are run offs from the original idea… Humans need connection and we also have to take into account that we all see and experience everything differently; our perception. Perception is reality. Nonetheless, we cannot thrive without one or the other. I hope to keep expanding this brand into something so much more— I have so many different niches and love learning. I love using the world around me to create and am slowly getting back into my imagination. Thank you all for being patient with me as I flow through life and figure out my path.
